Earlier in the concert, you see old film clips of the Beatles accompanying some of the songs, and that was nice to see. For me, the finale was the best on the tape with the title song "Get Back," along with songs off the "Abbey Road," album, all of which were some of my favorite Beatles tunes. McCartney brought both his 19 Hofners to the sessions, but he was. I didn't see her do much but it's sad to see her now knowing she died at such a young age. Paul McCartney’s bass of choice from 1966 onwards was a left-handed Rickenbacker 4001S model, but because McCartney envisioned Get Back as a return to the band’s rock and roll roots he decided to dust off his trusty Hofner 550/1 basses and play them once again.
He even added fireworks to one of the numbers! Like all good performers, McCartney has an excellent band backing him up, particularly a guitarist whose name I don't know but the guy looked like actor James Caan. The Orioles announced that legendary singer-songwriter Paul McCartney will perform the second-ever major concert at Camden Yards on Sunday, June 12, as part of his 2022 GOT BACK tour.
I couldn't help wondering how much Paul paid just to put on these concerts. Paul and his group perform many of the old Beatles songs, along with his solo efforts after the famous band had broken up. Footage is off several stops along the way on his big World Tour around 1990. Fans who’ve seen the fly-on-the-wall footage of the band writing and recording live takes of 14 songs in 22 days which includes a painful exchange in which Paul McCartney and George Harrison. This is a very good rock video with solid presentations by Paul McCartney and his band.
