Please allow 3-5 business days for the credit to appear on your statement. Additionally, we will be giving you 10% off your order for the inconvenience. Again, we are so sorry for the inconvenience and the delay and we will refund the shipping charges back to your original form of payment. We aren't sure why the order isn't showing up in your profile, as we can see it on our end, but if you would like to give customer service a call tomorrow we will try to get it sorted out. A shipping confirmation email was generated and automatically sent your tracking numbers last week, but we will send a new email directly to you with your tracking number for this order. This order was shipped out on May 3, the same day you ordered it, but it appears to have been delayed and it currently in your local UPS station ready to be put on a truck for delivery by 8pm tomorrow. The four rims did come with tracking numbers for UPS in an email, but when I ordered the lug nuts/ Honda rim emblems, no email was sent with tracking ID. My profile doesn't even show history or keep any record of what I have ordered. I ordered lug nuts (2-day air) and I do not know where they're at. I bought some lug nuts and four rims or wheels for my 2016 Honda Civic. Wheelership has refunded me: 2 next day air expense, 10% of what I spent and gave me the tracking ID.thanks tram Wheelership!
